15" (38 cm.) Bisque socket head, painted facial features, blue shaded eyes with white eye dots, black upper eyeliner with fringed upper lashes, lightly feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with center accent line, blonde mohair wig over plaster pate, composition and wooden ball-jointed body, antique costume. Condition: generally excellent, original body and body finish. Marks: 182 (head) Germany 0 1/2 (body). Comments: Kestner, circa 1910. Value Points: especially fine quality of modeling for this smaller size, with defined crinkles around eye corners and mouth, choice bisque, original body and body finish.
