6" (15 cm.) Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque slender torso,peg-jointed bisque arms and
legs with painted black ankle boots. cobalt blue glass enamel eyes,painted lashes and
brows,accented nostrils,closed mouth with upturned lip corners suggesting a smile,blonde
mohair wig in long braid,wearing silk and lace original dress with demi-train,bonnet. Condition:
generally excellent. Marks: 1 (torso and limbs). Comments: French,circa 1880. Value Points:
especially beautiful expression and eyes on the rare mignonette.
