9" (23 cm.) h. x 11"l. The wooden two-drawer chest with bombe front and sides has gracefully
curved legs,pink/grey marble top,two drawers,cast bronze drawer pulls and decorative
mounts,and painted bronze-green finish with hand-painted decorative scenes in the romantic
Watteau style,with garlands of flowers in scrolled frames at the sides. Excellent condition.
French,mid-20th century maitrise model in the Louis XVI style.
