Felt swivel head with pressed and painted facial features,painted brown side-glancing googly eyes,painted upper lashes,"O" shaped mouth,brunette mohair wig,felt arms,muslin torso and legs with jointing at shoulders and hips. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Lenci (black- edged cloth label,and silver paper label pencil marked "Miniature 46"). Comments: Lenci,from the firm's miniature series,circa 1930. Value Points: rare Cossack style costume,the little boy wears teal green felt jacket with orange and brown flowers,brown edged and belt,black short pants,green sewn-on leggings and shoes,white gloves,and little brown cap with black leatherette brim,in wonderfully-preserved vibrant colors.
