Description
25" (64 cm.) l. x 28" (including chimneys) x 16"d. The large two-story dollhouse features a
bay window on the second floor,an overhanging porch roof over the front door and a dormer
window on the roof. Rows of windows appear on both floors and there are two double-stack
chimneys. The house rests on its original grey wooden base and is painted original ochre with
red and brown painted timbers. The roof is covered with lithographed paper to simulate
shingles. The entire front hinges open to reveal four interior rooms with opening doors
between,and having original wall and floor papers (one room may be re-papered). Very
good/excellent condition. The house has the original CH stamp and is pencil numbered 493;
the classic Hacker gold star is painted on the door. Germany,Christian Hacker,model 493,circa
