9" (23 cm.) Felt swivel head with pressed and painted facial features,large brown side-glancing
googly eyes with long curly lashes,arched brows,closed "O" shaped mouth,blonde mohair curly
wig,jointing at shoulders and hips. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Lenci (cloth and paper
labels,indicating model 310/8). Comments: Lenci,early 1930s,from the miniature series. Value
Points: especially fresh and vibrant costume colors of the wide-eyed boy wearing his traditional
mountain-climbing costume,including liederhausen,green felt jacket,shirt,tie,green felt hat with
felt feathers and flowers,knit leggings and brown leather studded boots,and carrying bouquet of
bright felt flowers,in original box labeled 310/8.
