Description
6" (15 cm.) and 4". Each has bisque swivel head on bisque torso with peg-jointed bisque arms
and legs,the larger with large cobalt blue glass eyes,closed mouth,brunette wig,painted
stockings and black one-strap shoes; and the pair of smaller dolls with blue glass sleep
eyes,slightly-parted lips with tiny teeth,brunette mohair wigs,painted thigh-high black stockings
and brown one-strap shoes. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 890 3/0. (smaller).
Comments: Germany,circa 1890,attributed to Simon and Halbig. Value Points: the trio of swivel
head dolls are all wearing their factory-original costumes.
