21" (53 cm.) Bisque socket head,brown glass sleep eyes,painted curly lashes,brush-stroked and
feathered brows,accented nostrils,open mouth with richly-shaded lips,four porcelain
teeth,pierced ears,wheat-blonde human hair wig,composition and wooden ball-jointed flapper
body with slender limbs,elongated lower legs with above the knee jointing. Condition: generally
excellent. Marks: 1078 Simon & Halbig S&H 9 (head) Heinrich Handwerck (body). Comments:
circa 1920. Value Points: beautifully preserved flapper-era dollwith original body and
wig,wonderful rose silk coat and matching bonnet,delicate short dress and bloomers,rose silk
stockings,shoes,parasol,watch and fob and gloves.
