Description
12" (30 cm.) Bisque socket head with sculpted caps,and having two different faces that are alternately revealed by simply pivoting the head. One face has sculpted fez,black hair,brown glass googly eyes and closed mouth with smiling expression; the other face has green cap with brim,blue glass googly eyes,brown sculpted hair and smiling expression on closed mouth. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Dep Elite OT 2/0. Comments: Max Handwerck,from his helmet series representing various nationalities,circa 1925. Value Points: rarest of the helmet series,the double-faced googly represents Turkey with two faces,one inclining to the East and one to the West.
