Porcelain shoulder head with rounded facial shape,rich cobalt blue glass enamel eyes,dark eyeliner,delicately painted lashes and brows,accented nostrils,closed mouth with accented lips,brunette mohair wig over cork pate,kid poupee body with plump shape,gusset jointing at hips and knees,porcelain arms to above the elbows,wearing blue silk gown with lace trim,undergarments,woven bonnet with blue silk flowers,undergarments,leather boots with blue silk ribbons. Condition: generally excellent,body a bit darkened yet quite sturdy. Comments: Blampoix,circa 1857. Value Points: early period poupee with beautiful complexion and brilliant eyes,well modeled porcelain hands,lovely costume with superb boots.
