19" (48 cm.) Bisque socket head,blue glass sleep eyes,painted lower lashes,short feathered
brows,accented nostrils and eye corners,closed mouth modeled as though open with shaded
lips,blonde mohair bobbed wig,composition and wooden ball jointed toddler body with side-hip
jointing. Condition: generally excellent,light paint touch-up on hands. Marks: K*R Simon &
Halbig 116/A 42. Comments: Kammer and Reinhardt,circa 1914,from their transitional art
character series. Value Points: deeply impressed cheek,mouth and eye dimples enhance the
cheerful expression,great antique costume.
