Description
7 1/2" (19 cm.) h. 8"w. A heavy card stock candy
box is in the shape of 18th century Boulle-style
French cabinet with lithographed paper cover to
simulate rich inlays and bronze mounts; the two
drawers originally held candies from a luxury
Paris candy shop and the chest was laster used as
furniture in a doll world. Along with a gilded
metal miniature stature of horses. Excellent
condition. French,circa 1880.
