15" (38 cm.) x 10" box. A wooden storage box with
original flower-patterned fabric cover has three
layers of doll-sized dinner service
inside,including 22 various plates,4 lidded footed
tureens,bowls,two footed compotes,and a variety of
relish dishes and other serving pieces,along with
various glassware including 6 stem-ware
glasses,two water carafes,two amber decanters,and
various other amenities of a fine dining table.
The set is incomplete,and has a few damages,but is
a wonderful example of luxury toy of late-19th
century. French,circa 1890.
