Description
9" (23 cm.) x 6" box. The light-wood box with
decorative paper covers hinges open to reveal an
elaborately-fitted interior having lace-border
around a mirror on inside lid trimmed with rose
silk ribbons; with shelved base edged with gold
paper borders,and containing porcelain wash bowl
and pitcher with floral designs,along with four
matching jars or boxes,and with towels,powder
puffs,and more. Excellent condition,rim flake on
pitcher. French,circa 1890.
