Description
7" (18 cm.) h. bird cage. A metal birdcage with
painted red tin base resting on painted gold tin
acanthus legs,encloses a tin bird with
beautifully-painted details of feathers,perched
upon a tin plant. When wound,from hidden mechanism
below,the bellows opens and closes,and the bird
nods back and forth as though flapping its wings.
Included with the cage is a 7"h. French wooden
