14" (36 cm.) All hard plastic with socket head,five-piece walking-style body,sleep
eyes,lashes,dark brunette curly hair. She is wearing a sheer pale blue organdy dress with puff
sleeves and lace trim,pink petticoat,panties,white socks,black one-strap velvet shoes,thickly-
woven lace bonnet with fringe detail and black velvet streamers with rosebud tips,and carrying
Alexander hat box. The costume is tagged "Alexander",and the doll is presented in her original
box labeled "Winnie Walker 1536D" with fashion award gold emblem on the box. Excellent
condition. Alexander,the doll appeared in the 1953 catalog described as "dressed in imported
organdie,trimmed with val lace".
