15" (38 cm.) Hard plastic socket head,blue sleep eyes,lashes,red lips,brunette shoulder-length
curls and short curls bangs,five-piece hard plastic walking-style body. She is wearing an aqua
taffeta gown (described in the 1954 catalog as "sky blue") with rolled collar and draped full-
length hooped skirt,trimmed with tiny shaded pink flowers,panties,flat silver shoes. The costume
is tagged Madame Alexander. Excellent condition except missing tiara and wand.
Alexander,model 1560,1950,the doll appeared in the 1954 catalog described as a portrait of the
"gracious and lovely television star of N.B.C. [wearing] an exact copy of one of the gowns worn by
this enchanting star"; the doll was made in two sizes,this being the rare smaller size.
