Description
8" (20 cm.) (including ears). The firmly-stuffed orange and cream two-toned bulldog, seated on back haunches, has swivel head, stitched ears, large amber glass eyes, black embroidered nose, painted whiskers and mouth, and with original ruff and brass bell. With original metal Steiff button with underscored F and remnant of original white cloth tag, and with original paper label "Bully Steiff original". Generally excellent, very slight dustiness. Germany, Steiff, circa 1925, rare early velvet variation of the beloved Steiff animal.
