Description
17" (43 cm.) Hard plastic socket head,11-piece adult lady body with jointing at
shoulders,elbows,hips,knees and ankles,sleep eyes,lashes,ash-blonde hair with bangs and then
waved away from her face into a cluster of curls at the nape that are decorated with pink flowers.
She is wearing a sheer nylon dress sprinkled with pastel posies under a hot-pink taffeta evening
coat with wide collar,lace and tulle petticoat,panties,stockings,sling heels,pearl earrings,and a
"darling hat of straw with blossoms,veil and velvet band". Excellent condition,very fresh and
vibrant costume and gorgeous coiffure and bright lips. The costume is tagged "Elise".
Alexander,the doll appeared in the 1959 catalog wearing the dress and bonnet as model
1815,described as looking "pink and pretty",the coat was available as a separate for Elise.
