Description
18" (46 cm.) Bisque socket head, painted blue eyes in upward gaze, black upper eyeliner with delicate fringed lashes, short feathered brows, accented nostrils, modeled closed mouth with detail of sculpted teeth and tongue, brunette mohair wig over plaster pate, composition and wooden ball-jointed body, nicely costumed. Condition: generally excellent, original body finish. Marks: 180. Comments: Kestner, circa 1910. Value Points: bright-eyed character with fine detail of modeling especially around the mouth.
