Bisque socket head with plump features,blue glass paperweight inset eyes,thick dark eyeliner,painted lashes,rose-blushed eye shadow,brush-stroked and feathered brows,accented nostrils and eye corners,closed mouth with outlined lips,pierced ears,blonde lambswool wig over Steiner pate,French composition fully-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Sie C 2 (head) (original early body stamp Le Parisien). Comments: Jules Steiner,circa 1884. Value Points: rarer model with original body and body finish,wonderfully-painted features and quality of bisque,wearing his original velvet bridegroom suit with ivory silk vest,shirt,wax orange blossom boutonniere,socks,black leather shoes,and brushed velvet formal hat.
