and oil-painted facial features and hair,delicate
wisps of curls onto forehead,closed eyes,painted
delicate lashes and brows,accented nostrils,closed
mouth,stockinette weighted body to simulate real
baby,cloth ring neck,separately-stitched
arms,loosely-attached legs. Condition: generally
excellent. Marks: 1554 (left foot). Comments:
Kathe Kruse,the early period sleeping baby
"Traumerchen"with cloth head,circa 1925. Value
Points: outstanding original condition with superb
artistry of painting on the rare model,wearing
