8 1/2" (22 cm.) drop-front secretary. The collection of furnishings illustrates the production and painting stages of the pieces as they passed through the manufacturing stages,of particular note the four matching high-chairs,of which one is unfinished,one partially stained,and one partially painted. Also includes are a fine secretary desk,four various settees,Chippendale tall chest,trestle table,four various chairs,tilt-top table,several mirrors and other parts including a paper keyboard,these all unsigned. And four signed unfinished pieces including bed,child's chair,side-table with drawer and drop-leaf table. American,Tynietoy,circa 1930s.
