doll. The beautifully-constructed cotton print
dress with fine hidden construction details of
darts and sewn-down pleats features long slender
sleeves,self cording,cartridge pleated skirt,and a
matching pair of full length pantalets; along with
a woven silk tablier with black silk sash,and a
straw woven "A Deux Bonjours" bonnet with red wool
lining and black velvet trim. Excellent condition.
French,circa 1850,rare to find early costume in
wonderfully-preserved condition.
