Felt swivel head with pressed and painted facial features,blue glass eyes,painted lashes,feathered brows,accented nostrils,closed mouth with wide beaming smile,side-parted brunette mohair short curly wig,muslin torso,jointed velvet arms and legs. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Princess Elizabeth (original paper label) Made in England (original cloth label). Comments: Chad Valley,circa 1935,portrait doll of the future Queen as a young Princess. Value Points: an amazing likeness of the young Princess,she is wonderfully-preserved and wearing her original crepe de chine flowered dress and matching undergarments,pink flannel coat and matching shoes,and has original tag.
