20" (51 cm.) w. x 11"h. x 12"d. Thewooden storewith open front has two display windows at thefront that arehinged to swing open. Theback wall has a mirrored cabinet that centers four glass door cabinets with shelved interiors. Thereis a matching counter,and thestorehas original wall and floor paper. Thestorehas original painted pink,cream and grey finish with traces of original decoupage. Arranged on top of thestoreand within areminiaturebonnets of various styles on wooden hat stands,along with bolts of fabric,accessories,sewing tools,and such. Structurally excellent (oneglass window has a hole),with original finish,albeit quiteworn. Theshop has theChristian Hacker stamp along with thehand-lettered number 170/1. Germany,Christian Hacker,circa 1880. Theswing-out doors arehighly characteristic of his firm's early stores,this being a most charming petitesize.
