Description
16"(41 cm.) Arranged upon an ebony oval base under
a blown glass dome is an elaborate arrangement
comprising a tufted velvet cushion decorated with
ormolu oak leaves,marguerites,and other symbolic
objects including seven mirrors,each mirror said
to represent one year of a young couple's
engagement. A fragment of wax orange blossoms from
the bride's bouquet is resting on the cushion.
