Description
6" (15 cm.) Solid dome bisque swivel head on
bisque torso,sculpted brown curly hair with curls
onto the forehead,blue glass sleep eyes,painted
lashes,tinted brows,accented nostrils,open mouth
with beaming smile,two lower teeth,loop-jointed
bisque arms and legs,painted white socks and pink
one-strap shoes. Condition: generally excellent.
Marks: 897-15 (arms and legs). 15 (neck). Bonnie

Germamy (paper label). Comments: designed by the
American artist,Averill,circa 1925,produced in
Germany under commission from Borgfeldt. Value
Points: superb sculpting detail of hair and
expression,wonderful original condition including
