9" (23 cm.) Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque torso,blue glass inset eyes,painted lashes,feathered brows,accented nostrils and eye corners,open mouth with two square cut teeth,blonde mohair wig,peg-jointed arms and legs,very sturdy muscular body with blushed details and dimpled knees,painted knee-high stockings with blue rims,black ankle boots with lacing. Condition: very faint hairline on forehead,chip at left thigh and flakes at leg stringing holes. Marks: 102 112. Comments: Kestner,circa 1882. Value Points: rare early all-bisque with wonderful sculpting.
