20". Preserved for morethan a century in its
original wooden box is thecostumethat oncebelonged
to an early Bru,comprising brown silk failledress
with velvet collar and cuffs,and tassel sash,woven
straw bonnet with silk ribbon and floral
trim,brown silk parasol with
bonehandle,whitekidskin gloves,long night gown
with embroidery and lace,long-sleeved night
shift,cotton flowered bed jacket,and fivepieces of
original undergarments including laced bebestays.
Along with grey woven stockings and 3"l. leather
shoes signed "Bru JneParis 6". Very good
condition. French,circa 1880.
