lion's head accents,finewood paneling and details
in theinterior with carved wainscoting,a widedoor
with deeply carved panels,a wonderful set-back sun
room with doublewindows,and has original parquet
floors and painted velvet draperies. Theroom is
furnished with highly-carved wooden
furnishings,probably original,enamel ceramic
parlor stove,several bird cages including a
rarehanging ormolu cage,and notably has
threesewing accessories including spinning
wheel,rarebobbin laceboard and sewing table. A
fineand appealingly "lived-on" set of rooms with
especially finearchitectural detail. Germany,circa
