14" (36 cm.) Bisque socket head,amber brown glass
paperweight inset eyes,thick dark eyeliner,lushly
painted brows and lashes,rose-blushed eye
shadow,accented nostrils,closed mouth with
accented lips,pierced ears,brunette human hair
hand-tied wig over cork pate,French composition
and wooden fully-jointed body with straight
wrists,wearing a lovely antique costume comprising
silk dress,undergarments,stockings,leather
shoes,and rose silk bonnet with tulle and
frou-frou ribbons. Condition: generally
excellent,original body finish albeit some paint
rubs at knee and elbow joints. Marks: Depose E. 5
J (and artist check marks on head). Jumeau
Medaille d'Or Paris (body). Emile Jumeau,circa
1885. Value Points: very precious size 5 with
lovely pale bisque contrasting her dramatic brown
eyes,original body and body finish.
