9" (23 cm.) circ. 11" l. Solid domed bisque head with flanged neck,tan painted baby hair and brows,very narrow blue glass sleep eyes,painted curly lashes,tiny closed mouth,muslin body,celluloid hands. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: S (pb in star) H Made in Germany N.B. Comments: Schoneau and Hoffmeister,circa 1920. Value Points: rare newborn (presumably N.B. meaning) model with wonderful expression and bisque.
