unusual loop-stringing on bisque torso,brown glass
sleep eyes,painted lashes,single stroke
brows,closed mouth,loop-jointed bisque arms and
legs in bent baby pose,blonde mohair wig. Marks:
391 12 (head and torso). Comments: mystery
maker,circa 1920. Value Points: very fine quality
of sculpting on such small doll,unusual neck
attachment,the baby is resting in an early iron
bed with original springs and painted finish by
Maerklin.
