strong throat,oval-shaped face with pressed and
painted facial features,brown-side-glancing eyes
with brown encircling eye shadow,painted lashes
and brows,accent dots in eyes,accented
nostrils,closed mouth with ruby lips,shaded lower
lip,painted teeth,black silk fleece hair in
centerpart with side braids,spit curls,and back
braid,elongated torso,felt arms with separate
fingers except two middle fingers sewn
together,elongated legs jointed at hips and
knees,high-heel posed feet. Condition: generally
excellent,one cheek smudge. Comments: Lenci,circa
1925,the model indubitably depicts the early
Hollywood actress,Pola Negri. Value Points: very
rare early model with gorgeous face,and
perfect-preserved coiffure and costume comprising
an organdy gown with nine tiers of skirt ruffles
at the front extending into an outrageous ruffled
train at the back,with applique red poppies on
gown and hair,red beaded necklace,earrings,wooden
and pom-pom castanets in hands,long
pantalets,stockings,red heeled shoes.
