Description
3"(8 cm.) settee. Of richly gilded bronze with
repousse detail of chair frames lending a carved
look,the set is finished in a vary rare rich
cobalt blue with painted tiniest gilt flowers. The
set includes a settee,two arm chairs and four side
chairs,along with a remarkable grand piano whose
lid hinges open,revealing a velvet lined interior.
Excellent condition. Austria,late 19th century.
