All cloth doll with swivel head,oval face and elongated throat,brown painted upper glancing eyes,thick brown upper eyeliner,white eyedots,accented nostrils,closed mouth with accented lips,blonde mohair wig,five-piece muslin slender body with jointing at shoulders and hips,composition lower arms and hands,long slender legs with attached painted wooden heels,pinned-on silk stockings,original muslin chemise undergarment,and wearing her original green felt fashionable ensemble comprising flapper dress with applique flowers,matching coat with dyed-to-match mohair cuffs,collar and trim,and matching cloche with felt flowers,pearls. Condition: very good,some fading to felt costume. Marks: Elegant Doll,Made in England,Dean's Rag,Ltd. (cloth tag on coat). Comments: circa 1930,Dean's Rag. Value Points: rare model with well-rendered painting of features,quality construction including unusual shoes,wonderful costume.
