12" (30 cm.) Bisque socket head,small brown glass
sleep eyes,fringed lashes,one-stroke tapered
brows,accented nostrils of rounded nose,closed
mouth with very full pouting lips,brunette mohair
wig,composition and wooden ball-jointed body.
Condition: generally excellent. Marks: K*R 101 30.
Comments: Kammer and Reinhardt,circa 1912,from
their art character series,marketed as "Marie".
Value Points: choice all-original condition of
the wistful little girl,rarer glass-eyed variation
of the 101 model,has choice bisque and
painting,original body and body finish,expressive
features,and is wearing her original pinafore
dress,undergarments,hat,stockings,leather boots.
