Description
17" (43 cm.) Felt swivel head with pressed and painted facial features, brown side-glancing eyes, painted upper and side lashes, fringed brows, pronounced grey eye shadow, closed mouth with accent dots on lower lips, brunette mohair wig with soft curls, jointing at shoulders and hips. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Lenci, from the 300 series, 1931. Value Points: beautifully-preserved example has very fine painting of eyes, wearing original stylish frock of organdy with scalloped pink felt tiers, matching felt bonnet with garland of flowers, undergarments, pink felt shoes.
