Description
4" (10 cm.) Soft paste head with sculpted pink top
hat and detailed forelock and side curls,depicts a
pointy-nose clown with painted clown features and
smiling expression. There is a large slit in his
cap for insertion of coins in use as a penny bank.
Excellent condition,Mid-19th Century,probably
French,rare and delightful early childhood ephemera.
