Description
17" (43 cm.) Bisque head with large brown glass
eyes,painted lashes and brows,accented
nostrils,closed mouth,with attached wooden torso
with bellows mechanism,wire upper arms and wooden
lower limbs. When torso is squeezed he claps his
hands which are holding brass cymbals. Condition:
generally excellent,some paint wear on one leg.
Comments: attributed to Zinner and Sohne,circa
1890. Value Points: especially beautiful face for
this style of toy,wearing factory original clown
costume.
