20" (51 cm.) All cloth doll with socket
head,pressed and oil-painted facial features and
complexion,shaded brown eyes with thick brown and
black upper eyeliner and white eyedots,tiny
brows,accented nostrils,closed mouth,blonde human
hair in braids,stitch-jointed arms,disc-jointed
legs. Condition: face is excellent except tiny
touch-up on nose,torso and legs quite worn. Marks:
Kathe Kruse (and illegible number of left foot).
Comments: Kathe Kruse,late 1930s. Value Points:
most endearing brown-eyed child with dreamy
expression,wonderful school girl costume.
