13" (33 cm.) Bisque shoulder head with sculpted
blonde curls peeking from the sides and front of a
sculpted white baby bonnet,painted facial
features,intaglio blue eyes with white eye
dots,brows,accented nostrils,closed mouth with
beaded upper teeth,pin-jointed body with bisque
forearms,nicely costume. Condition: one-piece
break and reglue at left side of shoulder
plate,right thumb missing. Marks: 3 Heubach
(square). Germany. Comments: Gebruder
Heubach,circa 1912. Value Points: rare model with
detail of sculpted bonnet including incised
quilting design and blue ribbon edging.
