10" (25 cm.) Porcelain half doll with sculpted
grey hair in elaborate 18th-century-style coiffure
decorated with lavish hair ornament accented with
purple and orange feathers,arms modeled away from
her body with curled fingers at the front,on
attached skirt with porcelain legs to
mid-thigh,gold heels. Excellent condition.
Germany,circa 1890,exceptionally fine quality of
facial painting,beautifully-sculpted hands.
