Description
3" (8 cm.) l. box. A red cardboard box opens to
reveal a rectangular box with red paper "tunnel"
down center and with a round eye hole at one end
and a square light window at the other. Included
are ten cardboard-framed photographic images
including city scenes,nature scenes,and vignettes
of people,designed to be placed at window end and
peered at through the eye hole. Each frame is
labeled "Bedescope Brevete SGDG",and the box has
the paper label of the luxury Paris toy store,Au
Nain Bleu. Very good condition,a few images have
some damage. French,circa 1920.
