21" (53 cm.) Each is all-cloth with
flat-dimensional face,printed facial
features,black notched pupils with large eye
whites,three lashes under each
eye,thickly-outlined red triangle nose,one-stroke
black lips with red center,stitch-jointed arms and
legs,multi-colored striped stockings with blue
sewn-on shoes,reddish-brown worsted wool hair.
Condition: generally excellent,few small holes in
AnnÞs pinafore,AndyÞs bow tie missing. Marks:
Raggedy Ann and Raggedy Andy Dolls,Manufactured by
Molly-es Doll Outfitters,Inc (chest stamp).
Comments: Molly-eÞs,the dolls were made for three
years only by this firm,1935-1938. Value Points:
rare models in large size,wearing their original
costumes.
