Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulder plate,plump facial modeling,small pale blue enamel inset eyes with darker blue outer rims,pronounced black eyeliner,delicately-painted lashes and feathered brows,rose blushed eye shadow,accented nostrils and eye corners,closed mouth with accented lips,pierced ears,blonde mohair fleeced wig over lambswool cap and cork pate,kid bebe body with gusset-jointing at hips and knees,bisque lower arms and hands,separately-sculpted fingers. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 5/0 (head and shoulder plate) Brevete SGDG Paris (remains of original paper label on torso). Comments: Leon Casimir Bru,his first period bebe known as "Brevete" model,circa 1878. Value Points: very beautiful early bebe in rare size with original sturdy body,wig,perfect bisque hands,wonderful antique dress,undergarments,black stockings,leather shoes with silk rosettes,along with her original night gowns and underslips.
