eyes,dark eyeliner,painted curly
lashes,brush-stroked and feathered brows,accented
nostrils and eye corners,closed mouth with
upturned lip corners,accent line between the
lips,dimpled philtrum and chin,early composition
and wooden plump body with straight wrists,antique
costume comprising black velvet coat,black velvet
bonnet with feather trim,white cotton dress and
undergarments,fur muff,stockings,brown leather
shoes. Condition: generally excellent,light
touch-up on hands. Marks: 16. Comments:
Kestner,circa 1885. Value Points: very beautiful
face enhanced by fine lustrous patina,rare large
size of the early closed mouth child with original
body.
