Description
15" (38 cm.) l. parasol. Including a fancy
wire-frame bonnet (4" inside head width,8" inside
diameter) of peach silk taffeta in elaborately
ruffled and flounced manner,with wide
brim,decorated with ivory satin ribbons and
bows,and having patterned ivory silk inside
lining. Along with a wooden-handled parasol with
original rose paint,decorative floral grip,and
fine textured rose silk cover with fringe.
Excellent condition,some fraility to silk at
bonnet back. Circa 1885.
