Description
9" (23 cm.) l. slippers. Including a pair of aqua
silk slippers with centered heels,embroidered with
floral and bird designs,linen lining; along with
an elaborate 4" coronet with metal armature that
is lavishly-covered with kingfisher feathers,coral
glass beading and stones and tiny glass garlands
(one large stone missing); and with decorative
brass comb with kingfisher decorations and tiny
seed pearl designs. Mid/late 19th century.
